I really like all the products she used on me and she also recommended a lot going forward for me to purchase so I can keep up with good skincare. Jodi was exceptional; I had an hour massage which took every ounce of stress out of my body and my mind! I also had facial. Days later my skin is still glowing and looks so hydrated from the experience. The best way to describe my day of beauty with Jodi was to book another facial, and I purchased a gift card for a good friend to share the love!

Really Good Massage!
I recently had a massage that was so good. I have a seriously bad lower back and hip. It was the first time in a long time I was without pain. My masseuse was great and the room and music were so relaxing. Will definitely have another...and soon.

I already filled one of these out. Not a good experience this time. Didn't like the gal I had - very cold impersonal. Bent me up like a pretzel. Just different. Kept thinking you had changed hands. Gal out front was very nice. Otherwise not so happy.

I always get the diamond facial and am always so pleased with my service. However, this time I wasn't as happy with my esthetician. It didn't seem like my facial treatment was targeted just for me, like it has been in the past. I also always enjoy the subtle massages throughout my facial and this one was uncomfortable and not enjoyable.

I love the facials at Iris Tree! The atmosphere is luxurious, comfortable and calm. The facial treatment feels so great. It's very relaxing. And the staff makes great suggestions but there is no hard sell or pressure to buy all the products. I highly recommend the store and the spa services!

Jodi does a fantastic job with eyebrows. She takes her time to get them just the way you like. Also the service from the front desk couldn't have been better. They were flexible and worked around a scheduling issue last minute. Worth every cent!

I go here to get waxed and every time I am not disappointed. Jodi is amazing and takes an awkward situation and makes it not awkward, plus she is gentle so even though it can be painful she does her best to make it least painful as possible. I really enjoy the atmosphere here to. The spa rooms are comfortable with aromatherapy that isn't overpowering and the lighting is very dim for a relaxing tone. The other employees are very nice and make you feel welcomed right away asking if they can offer tea or water. I love this place and will return in the future.

Love this place. Its a secret gem that a lot of folks don't know about. Love the fact that I can call and get a massage apt within a day or two. Very clean, small and peaceful and I hope it stays that way. Have had 2 massages there and both were great. Will be back soon.

The spa is wonderful and my facial was excellent. As the previous reviewer noted it is small but that makes it very relaxing and personal experience. No crowed rooms with loud groups of ladies having a girls spa day - nice if you're part of the group but not so much if you just want a relaxing time : ) I will be going back at least one a month as the results were great and their retail section is beautiful and hard to resist!

Gracious staff! Brought my daughter here for an emergency teen facial. They were so gracious and helpful. Her facial was great and the improvement in her appearance was remarkable. I thoroughly enjoyed the spa experience here. To note: intimate (small - only 2 rooms which to me means no crowds), excellent customer service, my facial was one of the most relaxing and my skin shows lasting results - not usual for me. I brought a friend for a massage and she enjoyed the experience too. An added plus is the location - the Streets of Chester shopping center is lovely and has some more unique shops. Of course, Chester itself is an enjoyable small town to stroll through.

The manager Heather is outstanding! The products she brings in are unique and elegant! The aestheticians that they have on staff are the best. The facials are so relaxing and their knowledge of their craft is very reassuring. They also KNOW their products and how they work on the skin. I have learned so much from them. The massages are also so relaxing and calming. I also have gotten my makeup done at Iris Tree for numerous events. Their makeup artists are great and I walk out of there looking my best. It is a beautiful place!

I went to the Iris tree for a facial in Chester New Jersey. The facility was very organized and clean. The technician was very knowledgeable. She did however have an issue with the way her room was set up That caused her to be Interrupted. All in all I would return to that particular technician to try her facial again. The sales force on the floor is also very knowledgeable and very friendly.
